Weekly meal plan 1/24/11

This weeks meals are based on what I have in stock:

Monday: Dinner salad with broiled chicken and whole wheat rolls

Tuesday: 15 bean soup with corn bread

Wednesday: Enchilada casserole (freezer stash) with refried beans (left over from the soup)

Thursday: Cranberry pork roast (freezer stash) with brown rice and fresh broccoli

Friday: order in

Saturday:
Breakfast: French toast casserole
Lunch: Tuna sandwiches
Dinner: Hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill with grilled mixed veggies
