Dinner: Peanut Pad Thai Pork with Peanut Butter Slaw (freezer stash)

Dinner: Abondigas soup

Friday
Dinner: take out

Saturday
Breakfast: breakfast burritos
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Asparagus pesto stuffed flat iron steak over pasta

Sunday
Linner: (Super bowl party) Ham and Cheese Sliders, potato salad, homemade icecream


Weekly Meal Plan 1/23/10


This weeks meals are based on what I have in stock:

Monday: Dinner salad with broiled chicken and whole wheat rolls

Tuesday: 15 bean soup with corn bread

Wednesday: Enchilada casserole (freezer stash) with refried beans (left over from the soup)

Thursday: Cranberry pork roast (freezer stash) with brown rice and fresh broccoli

Friday: order in

Saturday:
Breakfast: French toast casserole
Lunch: Tuna sandwiches
Dinner: Hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill with grilled mixed veggies

Monday
Breakfast: Yogurt, cold cereal or oatmeal
Lunch: Pizza
Dinner: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn

Tuesday
Breakfast: Yogurt, cold cereal or oatmeal
Lunch: Hotdogs, oranges and bananas
Dinner: Fajitas

Wednesday
Breakfast: Yogurt, cold cereal or oatmeal
Lunch: Tuna sandwiches
Dinner: Peanut butter pork roast

Thursday:
Breakfast: Yogurt, cold cereal or oatmeal
Lunch: Turkey lettuce wraps
Dinner: Zuppa Toscana (Olive Garden copy-cat recipe)

Friday:
Breakfast: Yogurt, cold cereal or oatmeal
Lunch: Cream cheese ham spread on crackers
Dinner: Homemade Pizza's

Saturday:
Breakfast: Monkey Bread, fresh fruit
Lunch: Sandwiches
Dinner: Date night!

Lunch: Turkey lettuce wraps and apples
Dinner: BBQ Shredded Beef on homemade whole wheat rolls, brussels sprouts & brown rice

Tuesday
Breakfast: Quiche (frozen slices left over from Christmas morning)
Lunch: Pasta shells with peas and low fat ranch
Dinner: Hamburgers and grilled assorted veggies

Wednesday
Breakfast: Yogurt, cold cereal or oatmeal
Lunch: Chicken nuggets, carrot sticks and kiwis
Dinner: Dinner salad with broiled chicken

Thursday
Breakfast: Yogurt, cold cereal or oatmeal
Lunch: PB&J on leftover whole wheat rolls
Dinner: Crockpot Cranberry Chicken over brown rice

Friday
Breakfast: Quiche ( frozen slices left over from Christmas)
Lunch: Turkey salad with grapes and walnuts
Dinner: Take out

Saturday
Breakfast: homemade cinnamon rolls, scrambled eggs, bacon
Lunch: cheese, crackers, carrots and apples
Dinner: Homemade pizza - spinach, chicken alfredo; cheese and tomato sauce
