Weekly meal plan 9/26/11

Monday – Shredded pork quesadillas with side salad
Tuesday –  Pad Thai noodles with peanut butter chicken
Wednesday – Broiled Salmon with asparagus
Thursday – Abondigas soup
Friday – Unknown (haven’t figured out what we’re doing yet so no meal plan)
Saturday – Dinner at my inlaws – I’m making the dessert: Peanut Butter spice cake
Sunday – Shredded Pork (left-over) enchiladas

Depending on my day tomorrow, I plan on posting pictures of the Pad Thai instructions. I'll also post the abondigas soup and enchiladas as I make them. Yum!
