Weekly Meal Plan 8/15/11

Monday – Green Chili Chicken Crock Pot Casserole
Tuesday – Dirty Rice and Beans
Wednesday – Large Salad
Thursday – Ham, Broccoli and Cheese Quiche
Friday – Dinner on-the-go at my parent’s house
Saturday – Same as Friday
Sunday – Hamburger Sliders on whole wheat buns


Grocery List:

1 pack tortillas
2 cans pop-n-fresh biscuits

3 cans green chili
1 can olives
1 lg can green enchiladas sauce
2 cans cream-of soup (what ever kind you like)
1 lg can red kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can white beans

2 bgs shredded cheddar-jack cheese
1 box feta cheese
1 small brick sharp cheddar cheese

2 lbs ground beef
1 bg frozen chicken breasts
1 ham steak

1 bg brown rice

1 bg frozen corn

Red peppers
Lettuce
Carrots
2 sweet onions
Garlic
Zucchini
Corn on the cob
Celery
Tomatoes
Broccoli
Cauliflower

1 dozen eggs

In the pantry
Flour
Sugar
Yeast
Seasonings
